Your tasks:
– support the strategic development of our company.
– responsibility for managing the company-wide OKR process.
– definition, management, and implementation of strategically important projects
– Research and analysis of new growth areas CRM-System maintenance
– Development of new business development strategies and their monetizable market potential
– Identification and review of M&A targets
– market, competition, and current trends in the B2G sector, and the preparation
of well-founded competitive analyses.
Your profile:
– successfully completed studies in a business-related discipline (ideally with a master’s degree)
– at least 3 years of relevant professional experience from a management consultancy, start-up, or similar business field.
– relevant experience in project management and process management
– strong B2B and B2G affinity, as well as a very good understanding in the field of tourism and digitalization
– very good German and English skills (ideally also Spanish)
– willingness to travel.
